One bench on a guest pass, two behind a free account, and every rule set down in plain words.
Galley Proof Pull opens with a guest pass. It asks for no name, email or password: you tick that you are 18 or over and in the UK, accept the terms, and the pass runs for two hours with 100,000 guest coins.
The other two benches want a free account, and the whole form runs to four fields: a nickname, an email address, a password and a tick confirming you are 18 or over. No card field, no address and no telephone number appear, because nothing in this shop is for sale. The account is there for two reasons: your coins and progress are waiting when you come back, and the worlds stay in adult hands. One button on your account page deletes it and everything inside it.
You open on 100,000 free coins, with anything won on a guest pass on the same device tipped on top. That one tally, your level and your daily jobs follow you from bench to bench. Coins are virtual: they cannot be bought, sold, withdrawn or exchanged for anything whatever, and nothing you win carries real-world value.
There are no in-app purchases, and no payment page exists anywhere in the shop.
Each bench runs five reels and three rows. Wins read left to right from the first reel across adjacent reels along fixed paylines. Your stake is divided evenly over the lines; pay table values are multiples of the line bet, the scatter excepted, which pays on the whole stake. Only the best win on a line is paid.
| Kind of round | How it behaves | Benches |
|---|---|---|
| Tumbling reels | Winning sorts lift off, the rest drop down and fresh ones fall in from above. Each new win in the chain pays more: x1 on the pull itself, then x2, x3, and x5 for every tumble after that. | |
| Multiplier on the climb | The free-spin multiplier rises as the round goes on and never slips back inside it. | Quoin Key Climb |
| Wilds that stick in the ink | A paid pull that pays nothing but shows a wild holds every wild in place and turns the rest of the grid again, free. | Inkbed Nightshift |
| Last-reel respin | Two scatters on a paid pull that pays nothing send the fifth reel round once more, free, in search of the third. | Galley Proof Pull |
| A free round paid twice over | The plainest round in the shop: three scatters open free spins and every win inside them is paid twice over. |
Every reel carries a fixed strip of sorts. Each pull takes an independent random position on every strip, using your browser's own random number generator. Earlier pulls never sway later ones, and nothing adjusts itself to your tally or to how long you have been at the bench.
Return, hit frequency and feature frequency are measured for each bench by running that world's own code for millions of pulls, then printed in its pay table. They describe coin play in these free worlds and nothing else, and say nothing about any real-money game.
Platen Press Rooms admits adults of 18 or over and nobody younger. Every pull is made with virtual coins that carry no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold, withdrawn or exchanged. No coin counter and no payment page exists anywhere in the shop, no prize of real-world value is handed out, and success here does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
